Roasted Red Pepper

 

The pepper comes from organic farming. It retains its natural properties and taste, thanks to the grilling process, without the addition of preservatives.

Fun fact about health: Pepper is a source of vitamins and minerals – especially vitamin C. Its content in peppers is up to five times higher than in citrus. Interestingly – pepper, as one of the few vegetables, retains its nutritional properties under the influence of braising and baking.


Ingredients: Red peppers roasted*, water, sugar*, salt, acidity regulator – citric acid.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, store refrigerated for 72 hours.
