Fun fact about health: Tomatoes are the best source of lycopene, an organic chemical compound with antioxidant properties. What’s interesting is that those properties are not lost during thermal treatment or with time. Products such as passata contain even 2-3 times more lycopene than fresh tomatoes. That’s why it’s so important that the products introduced on the market come from ecologic farms where tomatoes are grown naturally. This way we are certain that our tomatoes do not lose the precious lycopene, no matter if we make a pasta sauce or tomato soup. We get a valuable portion of health each time!

Ingredients: Tomatoes*, citric acid.


Storage: Preserve at room temperature in a cool dry place, away from sources of heat. Once opened, store  refrigerated for 72 hours.
